Lydia is an extraordinary online student. She has taken numerous online classes over the past few years and has shined in all of them. Everything Lydia submits is exceptional. She is always challenging herself by going above and beyond what is expected.
Lydia is currently taking OnlineHS Algebra 301/351 Honors. She has completed all the required assignments along with the Honors material to the HONORS STANDARD. She is truly a self-directed learner who helps make the other students in the class better. Lydia is truly an Honors Distinction student.
Congratulations to Lydia Aandahl in being the November Student of the Month.
Where Are They Now?
March 2018
Since graduating in 2015, I continued my studies at Everett Community College for one year before transferring to Northwest University in Kirkland. I’m now a Music Industry Business major, hoping to one day become a producer. As part of the Creatio music program, I’m currently searching for an internship that will allow me to grow in this field.
In addition to my studies, I teach piano part time to my six energetic students, and have dabbled in web design (Sites I maintain: Word of Life LB, Radical Raucous).
I am thankful to have had such strong training from the attentive OnlineHS staff, particularly Mark Ryder, Laura Wight, and Tanya Huber. They taught me confidence, tenacity, and the importance of communication, which I believe transcends the standard of a high school education.
Thank you for many wonderful years. OnlineHS has proven to be more than your typical high school.
