Dr. Joyce Stewart Best Principal nomination

Dr. Joyce Stewart

KING 5 Evening Magazine Best of the Northwest voters recognize Dr. Joyce Stewart in their “Best Principal” category.

Along with the recognition were glowing comments from many of those who nominated her:

  • She’s fantastic! ~ Gabbie S. ⋅ October 18, 2013
  • My daughter had trouble with bullies and depression in middle school and Dr. Stewart took such good care with her. She went out of her way, even got her into wresting (which I would have NEVER in a million years pictured my petite daughter doing) and it helped her mood immensely!
    We love Dr. Stewart!
    ~ Juliet0 ⋅ October 16, 2013
  • My dad introduced me to Dr. Stewart. She let me be principal for the day. I had so much fun. I love her school. She came to my play and I am not even at her school yet. She is very dedicated to kids!!
    ~ Olivia E. ⋅ September 28, 2011
  • She has been one of my greatest mentors in my life. I owe her so much. She has made the greatest middle school in Washington State, our test scores can prove it. I will always remember her and will never forget what she taught me! We love you Dr. Stewart.
    ~ Brien E. ⋅ September 21, 2011
