The provider employs the following to facilitate support of student success:
SCHOOL-BASED SUPPORT PERSONS: POINT OF CONTACT
[DLD F 1: A school-based support person within the provider’s systems and frameworks as the local/online adult point of contact who is not the course instructor but is available to the student and instructor and as a responsible agent of support to the student’s success.]

SCHOOL-BASED SUPPORT PERSON: SUPPORT
[DLD F 2: The school-based support person is provided various means to support student success which may include: the ability to view course content; technology troubleshooting information; online participation tracking and grading systems; staff online handbook and policies; and frequent and unsolicited engagement by the course instructor.]

SCHOOL-BASED SUPPORT PERSON: TRAINING
[DLD F 3: Provider delivers training opportunities to school based support staff on available student support mechanisms and resources.]

Training and a review of role/processes occurs each April when high school registrations occur in preparation for the following academic school year. Support is on-going and always available should the School-based Support person need assistance.
