No personal information is collected from our web site. Our server can track statistical usage of the site (number of visitors, geolocation) but nothing that is personally identifiable.

How we use the information we gather

There is a Contact Form on this site which allows for the convenience of parents, students, and anyone interested in OnlineHS. People willingly provide their contact information to us so we can respond to their questions. That information (from the Contact Form) is NOT stored on this web site.

This site is informational only and acts as a gateway to the Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS). Only students and staff registered through the Everett Public Schools are enrolled in the Blackboard LMS.  We use the enrollment information to enhance our students’ experience and to track our their’ progress in their courses, including date and time logged-in and the amount of time they spend in each area of their course.

The people that are given access to this information

Limited student information is accessible by system administrators and Everett Public Schools staff only.

The security measures we have in place to protect your personal information

To safeguard your personal information, we keep no personal or identifying information in pubic and only the minimal log-in information is secure behind the Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS).

There are 3rd party sites that we use to survey student-user experience and we will never ask for personal information.

Our website makes use of cookies which are small digital files that are stored in your web browser that enable us to track your return visits to our website.

Your browser settings may allow you to block these cookies, but we recommend you have them enabled to help us personalize your experience for the courses contained within the Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS).

Class.com uses cookies to verify that you are a student of the Everett Public School System and allowed to have access to their educational content (courses).

The OnlineHS program uses no cookies that are not directly related to the educational services it provides as part of the Everett Public Schools.

We DO NOT use 3rd party advertisers on our site.

Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads and some courses contain hypertext links to Google as an Internet Search Engine. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to visitors based on their visit to sites they visit on the Internet. Website visitors may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
